Privacy policy

This document, the “Privacy Policy” (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”), sets forth the rules for the use of data collected by artist Alexandra Nosova (hereinafter referred to as “we” and/or the “Administration”) from Internet users (hereinafter “you” and/or the “User”) through the website www.thesasha.com.au (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).

1. Data Processing

1.1. We do not collect your personal data through the Site.

1.2. All data collected on the Site is provided and received in anonymized form (hereinafter referred to as “Anonymized Data”).

1.3. Anonymized Data includes the following information that does not identify you:

1.3.1. Information you voluntarily provide through online forms and software modules on the Site, including your name and phone number and/or email address.

1.3.2. Data transmitted automatically in anonymized form depending on your software settings.

1.4. The Administration has the right to define the content of the User’s Anonymized Data collected through the Site.

1.5. If certain information is not marked as mandatory, its provision or disclosure is at the User’s discretion. By doing so, you give informed consent for access to such data by an unlimited number of people. This data becomes publicly available once provided and/or otherwise disclosed.

1.6. The Administration does not verify the accuracy of the provided data or whether the User has obtained the necessary consent for its processing in accordance with this Policy, assuming that the User acts in good faith, with caution, and makes all necessary efforts to keep such information up-to-date and to obtain all necessary consents for its use.

1.7. You acknowledge and accept that third-party software may be used on the Site, as a result of which such third parties may receive and transmit the Anonymized Data specified in Clause 1.3.

Example: Such third-party software includes Google Analytics and Yandex.Metrica systems for visitor statistics collection.

1.8. The composition and conditions for collecting anonymized data using third-party software are determined by the rights holders of such software and may include:

• Browser data (type, version, cookies);

• Device data and its location;

• Operating system data (type, version, screen resolution);

• Request data (time, referral source, IP address).

1.9. The Administration is not responsible for the use of the User’s Anonymized Data by third parties.

2. Purposes of Data Processing

2.1. The Administration uses the data for the following purposes:

2.1.1. Processing incoming requests and communicating with the User;

2.1.2. Providing information services, including the distribution of promotional materials;

2.1.3. Conducting marketing, statistical, and other research;

2.1.4. Targeting advertising materials on the Site.

3. Data Protection Requirements

3.1. The Administration stores the data and ensures its protection against unauthorized access and dissemination in accordance with internal regulations and policies.

3.2. The data remains confidential, except when the User has made it publicly available, or when the Site’s technologies and third-party software or the User’s software settings allow for open data exchange with such third parties and/or other Internet participants and users.

3.3. To improve the quality of the Site, the Administration may store log files of the User’s actions on the Site for up to one (1) year.

4. Data Disclosure

4.1. The Administration may disclose data to third parties in the following cases:

• The User has given consent to such actions, including by adjusting software settings that do not limit the provision of certain information;

• The disclosure is necessary to enable the User’s use of the Site’s functionalities;

• The disclosure is required for the purposes of data processing;

• The Site is transferred to the ownership, use, or possession of a third party;

• Upon request from a court or authorized governmental body following the procedures established by law;

• To protect the rights and legitimate interests of the Administration in connection with User violations.

5. Changes to the Privacy Policy

5.1. This Policy may be amended or terminated by the Administration unilaterally without prior notice to the User. The new version of the Policy becomes effective upon its posting on the Site, unless otherwise specified in the new version of the Policy.

5.2. The current version of the Policy is available on the Site at its Internet address.
